As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide skilled therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. You will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy to enhance communication and swallowing abilities.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Need 1 year experience in setting
