You keep the front end of a high-volume hospital moving—fast, accurate, and compassionate.Key responsibilities:- Deliver standout client communication in person and by phone- Learn and apply phone triage for emergency cases- Coordinate patient flow with triage nurses and doctors- Capture and update patient/client details in electronic medical records and schedule appointments- De-escalate stressed or frightened clients with empathy and clarityRequired skills/experience:- Experience with electronic medical record systems and multi-extension phone systems- Strong customer service mindset; innovative problem solver- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel)If you’re ready to bring thrilling momentum to client care, apply today.The Shift EnergyYou step into a fast-moving Veterinary reception rhythm: lines light up, clients arrive with urgent questions, and you guide each interaction with steady client communication.
