Job Description

Responsibilities:

Install, service, and clean wood‑burning, gas, and pellet stoves, inserts, and fireplaces.
Comply with venting requirements, safety codes, manufacturer specifications, and local building regulations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with stoves, venting systems, blowers, igniters, and control components.
Conduct chimney sweeping, deep cleanings, gasket replacements, and safety inspections.
Read and interpret installation manuals, technical diagrams, and building plans.
Prepare job sites by protecting flooring, moving furniture, and ensuring safe work areas.
Safely load, unload, and transport heavy appliances using proper lifting techniques.
Maintain inventory of parts, materials, and installation supplies on truck.
