Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg Ortho, Med-Surg Adult, Med-Surg Pediatrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years of acute care experience License: Current RN licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Meditech experience preferred - Ability to provide care for adult and pediatric patients Description: Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care. You will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of a diverse patient population. Utilize the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions. We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met. You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment. We are looking for candidates with at least three years of acute care experience, with preference given to those with Meditech experience. BLS and ACLS certification are required. Please note that this is not a pediatric floor, but may occasionally have a pediatric patient.
