Key Responsibilities Support and model the mission and values of Catholic education Assist with curriculum implementation, teacher support, and professional development Support student discipline, behavior, and supervision Assist with supervision and evaluation of faculty and staff Help manage daily school operations, scheduling, and communication Participate in liturgies, prayer services, and faith based activities Assume leadership duties in the absence of the Principal Qualifications Practicing Catholic in good standing Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership Valid teaching license; administrative endorsement preferred or in progress Elementary teaching experience (Catholic school experience preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills The Archdiocese of Chicago offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and benefit programs. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
