Role Overview This is a growth-oriented role designed to support expansion in North America. Rather than operating within narrow departmental boundaries, this position focuses on: Expanding distributor and consumer communities Strengthening engagement within existing markets Supporting field leadership initiatives Exploring new outreach methods within our existing business model The role will work closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and execute practical, measurable growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Support the recruitment and activation of new distributors in North America Strengthen engagement with existing leaders and member communities Assist in organizing local market events and community initiatives Contribute ideas and support implementation of promotions and incentive programs Explore practical outreach methods (digital platforms, social communities, partnerships) to increase brand visibility Serve as a communication bridge between corporate and field leaders Monitor and report on growth activities and market feedback What Success Looks Like Measurable increase in active distributors and new enrollments Higher engagement in local and regional events Stronger communication flow between field leaders and corporate Launch of practical growth initiatives aligned with company strategy Increased brand awareness within target communities Ideal Candidate Profile 2–5 years’ experience in marketing, business development, community building, or related fields Experience in beauty, wellness, consumer brands, or social commerce preferred Bilingual in English and Mandarin (strong verbal and written skills) preferred.
