Job Summary Peace River Citrus Products, Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with at least 5 years of experience who are eager to grow in a collaborative HR environment. Location: Arcadia, FL Responsibilities Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters. Handle onboarding and new hire orientation. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems. Respond to employee questions about company policies, benefits, and procedures. Help administer employee benefit programs and open enrollment. Assist with employee relations issues and workplace investigations. Support training, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations. Generate reports on HR metrics as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of HR experience (internships or part-time roles welcome). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems (e.g., Paycor, BambooHR, Workday) is a plus. Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
