About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Glendive, Montana. This role will support occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting, helping residents improve independence, daily living skills, and overall functional ability.
Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Support residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and functional skill development
• Follow established care plans and therapy goals
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and care team members to support resident outcomes
Requirements
• Active Montana COTA license required
• Minimum 1 year of COTA experience
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and resident care skills
• Ability to work day shift schedule
• No on-call requirement
