L'Institut Mdico Educatif de Bar le Duc is looking for a motivated and dedicated Educator to join their team for a fixed-term contract (CDD) of 6 months renewable. You will be part of a committed team working for the well-being and development of children and young people in their establishment.

Job Description:

• Assure the role of educational reference by participating in the implementation of the individualized project
• Foster the autonomy and inclusion of individuals
• Participate in the daily management of living units
• Accompany in their pedagogical and pre-professional learning
• Encourage autonomy and supervise meal times, toilets, and dressing
• Implement educational projects or activities, individual or collective
• Use specific tools and methods of structuring and communication
• Participate in team meetings
• Write professional documents (transmissions, projects, reports, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• State diploma of Specialized Educator
• Prior experience in social accompaniment or in similar establishments would be an asset
• Good communication skills, capacity for listening and empathy
• Sense of organization and responsibility
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Driving license: B REQUIRED
