Feeder Operator - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities Set-up and run the feeder on the lithographic printing press based on the specifications of the job. Assist the 2nd Press Operator to hang and/or remove plates. Assist in the make-ready of the printing press for the next job. Take test readings from fountain solution and aqueous coating. Assist the press crew with preventive maintenance activities. Participate in any tasks necessary to allow for continuous operation of the process. Follow all Plant Safety rules and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor the level of quality in the products being produced. Comply with all safety and food safety standards. Required Skills Strong mechanical aptitude/skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to understand technical written and verbal instructions Ability to accurately distinguish color variation Capable of safely operating roll lift trucks. Must be able to work other shifts if needed and perform overtime work as required. Frequent lifting (up to 75 pounds), bending and turning Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
