Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pediatric patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
Provide therapeutic interventions and modalities to help patients achieve their goals
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated, family-centered care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Washington State (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with clinical rotations in pediatrics welcome
Must be able to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
A genuine passion for helping children reach their fullest potential

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
Knowledge of pediatric motor development and orthopedic conditions
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation
