Overnight Client Service Representative
We are looking for motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Client Service Representative. If you are goal-oriented, take initiative, show up on time, and are eager to learn and grow, we'd love to meet you.
At VCA Animal Hospitals, our mission is simple: your pet's health is our top priority, and excellent service is our goal. Our Client Service Representatives play a key role in making every visit positive and stress-free for both pets and their owners.
What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Guide clients and pets to exam rooms
- Follow up with clients and reach out to new or prospective clients
- Explain treatment plans, invoices, and payment options clearly
- Help clients with prescriptions and enrolling in our online pharmacy services
- Answer general pet care questions (non-medical topics like flea prevention, house training, etc.)
- Keep medical records organized and up to date
- Help keep the hospital clean, safe, and welcoming (inside and outside)
