This position entails a 5.5 day work week, with Sundays being required. The brand's peak hours are during lunch & dinner. There are growth opportunities within 1-year of employment as the portfolio continues to grow. Candidates who need to relocate will be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members Build a positive, accountable team culture Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance, and resolve team concerns Operations & Guest Experience Create a guest‑first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently Business & Financial Performance Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts Control labor, food costs, and cash handling Review performance and take action to improve results Administrative & Operational Support Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering Forecast staffing and business needs Complete basic reporting and admin tasks What We’re Looking For High school diploma (or equivalent) Experience managing a QSR or restaurant (required) ServSafe Certification (preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on role Basic math, problem‑solving, and computer skills Reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr Pembroke & Co., Inc.
