If you're passionate about sensory processing, self-regulation, motor development, and family-centered care, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoConduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for sensory processing, fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, self-care skills, activities of daily living (ADLs), and overall functional performanceDevelop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's strengths, needs, and goalsProvide skilled occupational therapy interventions focused on sensory processing, self-regulation, motor coordination, daily living skills, and functional independenceDesign and adapt therapeutic activities, exercises, and equipment to support developmental progress and client successBuild strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families through consistency, professionalism, compassion, and respect for individual sensory and communication needsCommunicate assessment results, treatment recommendations, and progress clearly with parents and caregiversCollaborate closely with psychologists, speech-language pathologists, ABA providers, medical professionals, educators, and other members of the care teamFacilitate referrals and coordinate care with outside providers and community resources when appropriateComplete documentation, treatment notes, evaluations, progress reports, and other required records in a timely mannerMaintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, payer requirements, and professional best practicesParticipate in team meetings, training opportunities, and interdisciplinary case collaborationWhat You BringMaster's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programCurrent Utah Occupational Therapy license, or eligibility for licensure in UtahNBCOT certification, or eligibility to sit for the examinationAbility to pass a background checkCPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification after hireStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment teamExperience working with pediatric populations and neurodiverse clientsNice to Have:Experience working with children on the autism spectrumTraining or experience in sensory integration therapyFamiliarity with ADHD, developmental delays, executive functioning challenges, and other neurodevelopmental conditionsExperience using electronic health records (EHRs) and Microsoft Office 365Knowledge of educational systems and school-based supportsCompensation & FlexibilityCompetitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualificationsPart-time schedule with flexibility in days and hoursOpportunity to grow caseload based on availability and clinic needsAdministrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance coordinationAccess to a collaborative multidisciplinary team environmentBenefitsPart-time employees may be eligible for abbreviated benefits including:401(k) with 3% company match, fully vested after 6 yearsTuition discount through Capella UniversityContinuing education opportunities and professional development supportDiscounted CE training through ComfortFitMonthly group trainings and interdisciplinary collaboration5 paid holidays for part-time employeesPTO paid at billable rate, based on eligibility and tenureFlexible unpaid personal time offProfessional liability insurance (1M/3M) covered by NBCGOptional monthly team dinners and annual social eventsWhy NBCG?At NBCG, we believe the best outcomes happen when professionals work together.
