Deine Aufgaben Installation, Konfiguration und laufende Administration von DATEV-Softwarelösungen Betreuung der System- und Netzwerkumgebung rund um DATEV Überwachung und Optimierung der Systemperformance – Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting inklusive Benutzerverwaltung und Support für unsere Kunden Durchführung von Updates, Upgrades und Patch-Management Optimierung bestehender DATEV-Lösungen mit dem Ziel der Standardisierung Bearbeitung DATEV-spezifischer Support-Tickets per Telefon, Fernwartung oder vor Ort Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Betriebs- und Sicherheitskonzepten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern Dein Profil Ausbildung Und Berufserfahrung Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in, ein Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von DATEV-Systemen und -Software DATEV-Zertifikate sind ein Plus! Diese Fachkenntnisse bringst Du mit Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory, Netzwerken sowie Virtualisierung (z.B. VMware) Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien, idealerweise Microsoft Azure Gutes Verständnis für Datenbankmanagement (z.B. SQL) Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Freude an komplexen Herausforderungen und am direkten Kundenkontakt Gesunder Menschenverstand – und du weißt, wie wichtig Humor im Alltag ist Begeisterung für neue Technologien und eine hohe Eigenmotivation Führerschein Klasse B Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind.
