Business Immigration Paralegal

Seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal with NIV & PERM experience, the fully remote position will manage high-volume labor certification cases, analyze information and documents, and prepare immigration casework for attorney review while handling client communications regarding case processing and status. Key responsibilities: Ensure effective document intake and analyze immigration status based on provided documents Draft and monitor NIV & PERM casework while flagging potential issues to the Attorney or Senior Case Manager Swiftly respond to requests for information from government agencies and client communication requests Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions Completed bachelor's degree is highly desirable Experience with a range of NIV cases, including H1B, L, TN, O-1, and green card processes (I-140 and AOS) Strong computer literacy with the ability to use Envoy case processing software Minimum Intermediate level proficiency with MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word)
