As a Senior Manager, you will own multi-year plans to build and develop high-performing teams. You will manage engineering activities to ensure overall product quality, team staffing, and budget management. You will partner with Product Managers, Program Managers, Architects, and business leaders to prioritize investments and deliver measurable customer value. This role requires both strategic leadership and the ability to operate effectively in a highly dynamic, reactive environment—demonstrating technical depth, agility, and resilience.This position is in Mounds View, MN. within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) unit. This includes responsibility for building and maintaining a team that consistently deliver software functional excellence. The Engineering Manager is ultimately accountable for their teams’ performance and execution. In general, the following responsibilities apply for the Senior Software Engineering Manager role.
