Supply Chain Rotational Program

Team Members will rotate through one of two tracks within the supply chain and operations departments, consisting of challenging assignments designed to fast track their professional development and create opportunities for long-term career advancement. Team Members will be supported by a single point of contact manager to lead you through an immersive experience.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Support the US Supply Chain & Operations teams with the development and implementation of strategic projects, planning, implementation, and KPI/performance trackingLead opportunities for improvement through the application of root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and lean-six sigma methodologiesTeam Members will work on key development activities to grow supply chain and business acumen, leadership capabilities, technical, and cross-functional communication skillsOther duties or projects as assignedSupply Chain:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processesAnalyze data and develop strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and minimize wasteManage daily responsibilities related to procurement, demand forecasting, promotion planning, and inventory managementGain exposure to logistics, transportation, and supplier relationship managementOperations:Gain an in-depth understanding of day-to-day operations in distributionAssist in streamlining warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillmentParticipate in quality control and safety initiativesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductionAssist with documenting and updating training materials, job aids, and all on-boarding resourcesRequired Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree BenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
