Physics Professor/Researcher (PhD) [Remote]

This remote independent contractor role draws on your research and teaching background, with no prior AI experience required. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review physics problems, solutions, and explanatory content across a broad range of subdisciplines.
• Evaluate model outputs for scientific validity, clarity, and educational value.
• Provide expert feedback on complex research topics and theoretical concepts.
• Assess and refine AI-generated explanations for accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.
• Work remotely with project leads and fellow subject matter experts to establish consistent content-review practices.
• Provide clear written feedback and contribute to asynchronous discussions about project progress.
• Use teaching and research experience to maintain authenticity and rigor across deliverables.

• PhD in Physics, or current PhD candidate in Physics with advanced research and teaching experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in theoretical and applied physics.
• Strong background in teaching, curriculum development, or academic mentoring.
• Experience publishing and critically reviewing scientific research.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail and clarity.
• Experience with interdisciplinary projects or educational technology is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
