- Must be a Licensed Esthtician in Pennsylvania
- Must hold Esthetic Liability Insurance
- Ability to provide excellent customer care by performing top-level services with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the clients' skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars assigned by spa management
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Adhere to stringent cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
