Food Runner

Ensure food and service is to Wood Ranch standards Communicate with guests to make a positive lasting impression Ensure and promote safety and cleanliness Participate in team pre-bussing and running food, offer to help other team members Carry hot and cold plates to guests Lift and carry trays with 6-7 drinks Serve alcohol to guest following safe alcohol service guidelines with local, state and federal laws Prepare beverages, desserts and soups Perform light duties, including stocking stations and side work assignment(s) Communicate openly with management regarding any work-related concerns Process payments, including making change for cash payments Requirements Requirements & Working Conditions Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum of one (1) year experience as a server assistant (or similar position) Preferably able to work 5 shifts a week Must speak English Must be outgoing, charismatic, proactive, approachable, guest-centric and positive Food Handler’s Card Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Perform basic math skills Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively within a team Ability to solve problems, adapt to change quickly and easily and multi-task Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed Continuous use of hands and arms; continuous bending, reaching and twisting #J-18808-Ljbffr Wet Willie's
