Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing Location: Oceanside, CA Salary: Starting at $70,500 per year We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily food manufacturing operations, manage production teams, and ensure production targets, product quality, and food safety standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production schedules, staffing, and workflow. Supervise, train, and develop production employees. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and food safety standards. Monitor production efficiency, labor costs, product yields, and waste reduction. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams. Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing or food processing. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and food safety regulations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with production KPIs, cost control, and quality management. Ability to work on-site and flexible hours as needed.
