We aren't just looking for a manager; we’re looking for a Super Star partner in success to help launch our newest Murfreesboro location. If you are a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber with a passion for men’s grooming and a knack for coaching people, we want to hear from you.

As the Founding Manager , you’ll have the unique opportunity to build your own team from the ground up, set the culture for a brand-new store, and grow with a local multi-unit owner.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Huddle: Recruit, hire, and train a championship-caliber team of stylists

• Drive Performance: Use our simple "Success Track" systems to hit sales goals and client retention targets

• The MVP Experience: Ensure every client receives our signature 5-point service

• Community Pro: Represent the new shop at local Murfreesboro events

Qualifications:

• Current Tennessee Cosmetology or Barber License (Required).

• Minimum 1-2 years of salon management or leadership experience.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
