2026–27 School Year | Full-Time | W-2 | Elk Grove Area, CA | URGENT At a Glance $81/hour (~$113,000 est. annual) Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance* ASHA Reimbursement & CEU Support Medical, Dental & Vision 401(k) with Company Match Paid Sick Leave Caseload Advocacy & District Collaboration Dedicated Clinical Team IEP & Assessment Support Mentorship & Professional Development *Where applicable Position Details School Year: 2026–27 Setting: In-person, elementary school off Highway 99, close to Elk Grove Caseload: 49 students Grade Levels: 2nd–6th Employment: W-2, Full-Time Interviewing Now: Start as soon as possible Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy to students in grades 2–6 Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Maintain documentation and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Position Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California SLP License School-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills CCC preferred (provides opportunities to supervise SLPAs) CF Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Completion of required academic and clinical coursework Eligible for ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) Eligible for, or able to obtain, the appropriate California SLP/CF licensure or authorization Strong communication and collaboration skills Why VerbaCare?
