Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Milaca Elim Meadows Milaca Elim Meadows, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, high‑quality care for our residents. Position Type Part‑time or on‑call Shifts Available Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM (Part‑time) Wage & Compensation Hourly rate: $27.58 – $31.25, depending on experience. Shift differentials:

• Evenings: $3 /hour
• Nights: $4 /hour

Bonus: up to $5,000 for Part‑time positions. Location 730 2nd St. SE, Milaca, MN 56353 Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and monitor for effectiveness. Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items per policy. Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notify the Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition and take follow‑up action as necessary. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications Must hold a current MN LPN license. CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and organizational skills.
