Class B CDL Driver

Job Description Job Description We are accepting applications for full time and part time sweeper truck drivers . All applicants must have a CDL Class B License with at least one year commercial driving experience. We will properly train the right candidate on safe operation of our sweeper trucks Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule Reliable transportation and a mobile phone are required. A strong mechanical background is a plus. Class B Truck Driver Job Duties and Responsibilities * Follow directions and routes to job sites * Perform safe and professional operation of the sweeper truck duties * Fill out pre and post trip safety logs * Obtain signatures of work completion * Communicate with dispatch as needed * Maintain and clean vehicle as needed (refuel, fluids, tire pressure, etc.) * Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs * Track and report working hours * Adhere to company rules and regulations * Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions Class B Truck Driver Requirements and Qualifications * Valid Class B commercial driver's license required * 2+ years of driving a class B truck a plus * Clean driving record * Experience operating construction equipment and or trash trucks is a plus * Able to lift up to 50 pounds * Must pass a background check and drug test Company Description Ross Industries Inc is a family owned paving maintenance company specializing in parking lot sweeping, construction and highway sweeping, parking lot line striping and seal coating.
