Location: Worcester, MA — Eastern regional operations. This opportunity is for CDL school graduates seeking paid training and experience to build a professional driving career.

Work description

• Predictable regional routes operating from Worcester, MA, with service across the Eastern region, including New England
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support

Home time options

• Flexible schedules to support work–life balance
• Home weekly or home every other week options available

Training program

• Paid training available to drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Training includes mentoring with experienced drivers and a focus on safe driving practices to build on-road experience

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and employer hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
