New York, NY (in-office, full-time). Energy-focused investment platform with a strong track record across upstream oil and gas, midstream, and adjacent infrastructure. The firm is institutionally backed and combines deep sector knowledge with a seasoned investment team.Key responsibilities: Support senior team members in identifying, screening, and reviewing potential investments. Build and maintain detailed financial and asset-level models, including well economics, type curves, development scenarios, and full-cycle returns. Conduct commercial, market, and technical due diligence. Monitor portfolio assets through development, identifying value-creation opportunities through M&A and other strategic alternatives. Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee and limited partners.Skills and experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in energy investment banking, energy-focused private equity, or corporate development at an energy operator. Strong financial modeling skills.
