CPA Network Manager

NoGigiddy is seeking a results-driven and strategic CPA Network Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and optimize our Cost Per Action (CPA) marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI. As a CPA Network Manager, you will collaborate closely with affiliates, marketing teams, and management to ensure the success of our advertising initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with a strong analytical mindset and experience in managing performance-based campaigns within the gig economy or staffing industry. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CPA marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CPA networks and affiliate partners.
- Analyze campaign performance data and implement strategies to improve ROI and reduce costs.
- Negotiate terms, track payments, and ensure compliance with network policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and data teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging CPA marketing techniques.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing CPA marketing campaigns, preferably in the gig economy, staffing, or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with major CPA networks and affiliate marketing platforms.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for optimizing marketing performance.
