Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire.

Schedule: Onsite.

Overview.

Lead manufacturing engineering for precision bearings, driving process development, production readiness, quality, automation, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Own.

Lead manufacturing engineering and technical teams from product design through full-scale production.
Improve machining, metal stamping, tooling, progressive dies, assembly, and automation.
Drive new product launches, PPAP, quality systems, Lean, Kaizen, and cost reduction.
Support bearing design and customer application requirements.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Tool Room, Sales, and Operations to improve manufacturing performance.
Develop engineering talent and strengthen production processes.

What You Bring.

5+ years of manufacturing engineering leadership experience.
Experience with precision mechanical components or bearing manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of machining, metal stamping, tooling, and progressive dies.
Hands-on manufacturing experience, blueprint reading, and GD&T.
Experience with Lean, Kaizen, automation, PPAP, and quality systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
