Rockport Granite Exteriors is looking for a Production Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and enjoys working with both office and production employees.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Production Team and help ensure that our production information is accurate, current, and useful. You’ll work directly with Production Supervisors, Leads, and production employees to keep order information and production status up to date and provide the reporting needed to help the team stay on track.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete production information in our operating systems.
• Track production orders and ensure order statuses are updated throughout the day.
• Work with Production Supervisors, Leads, and production employees to gather information and keep records current.
• Help provide the production team with the information they need to complete jobs efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare periodic production reports and provide information to management as requested.
• Assist with tracking production activity and productivity information.
• Identify missing or incomplete information and follow up with the appropriate team members.
• Help maintain reliable, up-to-date information so management has visibility into production progress.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and data-entry skills.

Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, production, manufacturing, construction, or operations is preferred but not required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel .
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both office personnel and production employees.
• The ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.
• A willingness to learn our systems and understand how production moves through the company.
