A full-service dental laboratory serving dental practices throughout the greater Sacramento region.

We are seeking an experienced Lab Technician with over 5 years of work experience to join our production team, specializing in fabrication of crowns, bridges and implant cases, to support our digital design and production team. This role fabricates high-quality restorations — including crowns, dentures, and implant restorations — using modern dental CAD/CAM workflows. We are looking for a technically skilled, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process digital case files, including importing scans and case information received from referring dental offices
• Design restorations such as crowns, bridges, and implant cases using dental CAD software
• Operate milling and 3D-printing equipment to produce restorations and dental models, including denture models
• Perform post-milling steps such as staging and sintering of zirconia restorations
• Prepare, trim, and design dies and models in support of case production
• Upload and organize completed files across the lab's digital platforms
• Maintain accurate case records and help ensure cases move through production on schedule
• Collaborate with other technicians and lab staff to maintain consistent quality and timely turnaround

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; formal dental technology training or certification a plus
• Experience in a commercial dental laboratory; hands-on CAD/CAM design experience preferred
• Familiarity with common dental CAD software and digital scanning/case portals
• Working knowledge of milling, sintering, and 3D-printing processes used in dental restorations
• Strong attention to detail and consistent case quality
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet daily production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site at the Sacramento lab
