Job Overview We are seeking Licensed Therapists to provide high quality behavioral healthcare to adults and children/adolescents. The role offers telemedicine and in‑person flexibility, generous above‑market compensation with uncapped earnings, a full benefits package and a supportive collegial environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence‑based therapy to adults, children, and adolescents. Work closely with patients within the adult and child/adolescent populations. Participate in telemedicine and in‑person sessions as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with licensure regulations. Qualifications Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Active New Jersey license. Experience treating children and adolescents. Strong clinical skill set and commitment to patient care.
