As a Part-Time Bartender, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience. Through personalized service, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine hospitality, you will create moments that leave guests feeling welcomed, valued, and eager to return.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional service by understanding and responding to each guest's unique needs, preferences, and expectations
• Create memorable experiences through personalized interactions, attentive service, and thoughtful beverage recommendations
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively take action to enhance satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Craft and serve beverages that consistently meet high standards of quality, presentation, and guest expectations
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of all menu items, cocktails, ingredients, and preparation techniques to confidently guide guest decisions
• Make recommendations based on guest tastes, preferences, and occasions to enhance enjoyment and satisfaction
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and adjust your approach to ensure a positive experience
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, questions, and concerns
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive guest feedback
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar environment at all times
• Accurately process payments and ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
• Verify identification and practice responsible alcohol service while maintaining a positive guest experience
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Previous bartending experience required; hotel, upscale restaurant, or craft cocktail experience preferred
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• A natural ability to build rapport and create meaningful connections with guests
• Strong communication and listening skills with a focus on understanding guest preferences
• The ability to anticipate guest needs and personalize service accordingly
• Confidence in recommending food and beverage offerings that enhance the guest experience
• A guest-first mindset and commitment to exceeding expectations
• The ability to remain service-focused and composed during high-volume periods
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering consistent service quality
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• The physical ability to stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
