We are seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CMA/RMA) who are motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities * Record vital signs, administer medications, and collect lab specimens accurately. * Assist providers with exams, procedures, wound care, and patient education. * Support smooth patient flow and deliver exceptional front- and back-office assistance. * Maintain accurate medical records while ensuring full HIPAA compliance. * Answer phones, coordinate appointments, and provide excellent customer service. * Perform inhalation therapy and other delegated clinical tasks as directed. Qualifications * Active CMA or RMA certification (required). * Current BLS certification (required). * Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. * Experience with medication administration and dosage calculations. * Excellent communication skills and a professional, patient-focused demeanor. * Detail-oriented with strong documentation and multitasking abilities. * Prior urgent care or fast-paced clinical experience is preferred, but not required. We are the only urgent care facility in the area offering treatment from an emergency medicine specialist, and all of our services are available without an appointment.
