** Duties **

• Managing Our Office, Clients, And Vendors
• Addressing Client Needs/Questions Over The Phone, By Email, And In Person
• Employing Discretion As To When Client Concerns Should Be Escalated To An Attorney
• General Clerical And Office Duties
• Acquiring Information From Clients And Other Persons Related To A Case
• Maintaining The Firm Calendar And Tasks In The Mycase Program
• Calendaring Deadlines For Service Of Case Status Conference Questionnaires, Trial Deadlines, Settlement Conference Deadlines, RFOS, Responses, Petitions, Discovery, and Disclosures
• Serving Petitions, Responses, Objections, Discovery, Requests For Orders, Other Legal Documents For Family Law and Bankruptcy Matters
• Draft Petitions, Discovery, Notices, Disclosures, Discovery, and Judgments
• Answering Phones and Scheduling Appointments,
• Court and Office Filing
• Managing Networking Systems For Attorneys
• Drafting Cover Letters
• Proof-Reading
• Preparing and Filing Proofs of Service
• Setting Up Process Servers, Messengers, and Tracking Outstanding Serves
• Opening and closing case files across various platforms
• Preparing Fee Agreements
• Event Planning
• Maintaining the Firm's Social Media
• Managing and Ordering Office Supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly $37-43 per hour
