Allied Technician - Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team. This position requires working 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Schedule:

Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7:30 AM)
Every other weekend

Responsibilities:

Administering respiratory therapy and treatments to patients
Monitoring and assessing patient conditions
Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy
Valid Georgia RRT license and RRT certification from NBRC
Current AHA certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Two professional references required

Holiday Expectations:

The position requires working a minimum of two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).

Additional Information:

This position has a no local preference, requiring applicants to be willing to travel from locations over 50 miles away.
