Human Resources Assistant

Human Resources Assistant Location: Administration The Mifflin County School District is seeking candidates for a Human Resources Assistant to work in the Human Resources Department at the district's Administration Building. The Human Resources Assistant performs a wide variety of human resources functions, while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality to ensure efficient operations of the Human Resources Department. Minimum Requirements: Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources role Solid project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook Act 34, 151, and Federal Act 114 Clearances, school health record with TB test, and Act 168 background checks required. Lewistown is located approximately 35 minutes east of State College and 60 minutes west of Harrisburg. MCSD has regionally competitive salaries and benefit packages. EOE
