Are you an experienced Phone Sales Representative / Inside Sales Rep who thrives on closing deals and earning uncapped commissions ? We are a rapidly growing firm in the (rare coin amp; collectibles vertical, actively hiring a select group of high-performing sales professionals in the West Palm Beach area.
This is a Salary/Base plus Commission , full-time, in-office sales role with unlimited earning potential (build your own "Book of Clients") real career growth, and one of the best work schedules!
Responsibilities:
Build and manage your own book of business (client portfolio)
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
Must be Self-Motivated, have a Great Work Ethic, and remain Teachable.
Work closely with Sales Managers to refine sales strategies amp; scripts
Make outbound/inbound calls and close high-ticket phone sales
Qualifications:
1–2+ years of phone sales/inside sales experience (REQUIRED)
Proven ability to close deals over the phone
Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Compensation:
Base Salary + 15% Commission (UNCAPPED)
NOT a draw, NOT “the greater of," *** TRUE base + commission structure ***
Weekly Pay, Daily amp; Weekly Cash Bonuses (Spiffs)
Year 1 (OTE): $72,000–$150,000+

Schedule: (Work-Life Balance)
Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM–2:30 PM (Half Day)
No nights . No weekends.
