- Favorable Outpatient Schedule: Work a 4.5-day week (32 patient-facing hours) with a half-day every Friday. Hours are M-Th 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM , with no weekends.
- Incredible Staff Longevity: Benefit from a dedicated 1:1 MA and an administrative team with deep tenure. Your staff actively manages chart prep, prescription refills, and your inbox to minimize your clerical burden.
- No Buy-In Partnership Track: Become a partner based strictly on "time served" with zero financial buy-in required, giving you a clear stake in the practice's long-term success.
- Paced, Quality Patient Care: Manage a stable adult and geriatric panel (ages 18+) with a focus on chronic care and wellness. Appts are 20 minutes, extending to 30 minutes for complex cases. Athena EMR is optimized and AI Scribe friendly .
- Light Phone Call Only: Shared rotation that is strictly phone-based with low weekly volume. Most inquiries are pre-filtered by our after-hours answering service.
- Competitive Earning & Premium Benefits: Offers a strong base salary supplemented by a productivity model and quarterly lab bonuses. Package includes health/dental/vision coverage for you and dependents, a 401(k) plan with a safe harbor match and profit sharing, robust PTO, paid holidays, a CME allowance with dedicated days, a 3-month maternity policy, and fully covered malpractice with tail .
- MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Open to all experience levels, including strong new graduates.
- Comfortable with adult/geriatric medicine and chronic disease management.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred (though all support staff are fully bilingual).
- State licensure and board certification are required.
