Responsibilities Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of methods Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc) Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy assistant program Current or pending state licensure Basic Life Support certification What You Will Get Competitive compensation with ability to earn additional weekend and holiday rates Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement Structured mentoring and quarterly in-person or online continuous education courses through MedBridge memberships Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho Paid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws) Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees Compensation Pay Range: $25 - $32/hr (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position) Hospital/Clinic Address: 2001 W 86th St. Indianapolis, IN #J-18808-Ljbffr
