As a BDC Agent, you will serve as an important connection between our customers and dealership departments. You will help create a premium customer experience by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring each customer receives timely, accurate, and professional assistance. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule customer appointments
• Obtain and accurately document customer, vehicle, and appointment information
• Identify each customer’s needs and connect the customer with the appropriate department or team member
• Maintain accurate and complete customer records in dealership systems
• Monitor customer inquiries and follow up to ensure timely responses
• Follow up on missed and canceled appointments
• Support dealership campaigns, customer retention efforts, and appointment goals
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and consistent communication
• Protect confidential customer and company information
• Deliver a premium customer experience during every interaction

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and/or automotive service lane experience preferred
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred
• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Professional and positive attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
