This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our outpatient office team in Monument, Colorado. Our outpatient facility operates Monday to Friday, with office hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. While most sessions will occur during regular business hours, some evening shifts may be necessary to accommodate patient needs, allowing counselors to adapt their schedules to best serve our clientele.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with individuals facing substance use disorders, providing therapeutic support to help them navigate their recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
