Key Responsibilities
- Implement therapy interventions in accordance with the supervising OT's plan of care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with patient and family education throughout the course of treatment
- Communicate patient status updates to the supervising occupational therapist
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
