Stick With Me Sweets is a luxury chocolate shop in the heart of NoLita. Guest service is our priority, and we're looking for people who love spreading joy through food!

We specialize in artisanal chocolates and strive to create a memorable shopping experience for everyone who comes in. Chef Susanna Yoon leads a small team of chocolatiers nearby in Brooklyn, who put the utmost care and attention to handcraft the finest-quality confections, and this carries over into every detail in the shop. Our overall goal is to provide an escape from the daily grind and offer our guests the opportunity to savor the small delights. We provide a bright spot in their day by creating hand-picked gift boxes together!

We are a small team that works very closely with one another, scheduling 2-3 employees per day at the shop. Our company strives to create a positive work environment - being around chocolate all day is fun! Everyone that joins our team is a valuable player and we ensure they are given the opportunity to grow. There is great internal potential for additional responsibilities and advanced positions. This position reports directly to the Store Manager and serves as the senior team member on duty during some shifts.

Position Overview

• Full-time Key Holder/ Lead Sales Associate
• 4-5 shifts per week
• Store hours: 12pm-7pm plus opening & closing time
• Must be available weekdays and weekends
• Open and close the shop independently
• Lead shifts and support Sales Associates
• Occasional shifts to our Brooklyn production facility

Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service, providing top notch service to all guests.
• Open & close the store independently. Work by themselves, up to a full shift, or with Sales Associates.
• Becoming well-versed in the intricacies and allergens of each of our 40+ chocolate products.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English to assist guests with their selections.
• Assist with guests on the phone and through email.
• Proper food handling and personal hygiene.
• Receive deliveries, recording and storing in a timely manner. Lifting up to 30# at a time. This position requires standing and walking for most of the shift.
• Critical thinking to answer guest inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
• Prepare orders for pickup and local delivery.
• Constant cleaning, organizing, and restocking the shop.
• Maintain a positive attitude and look for ways to support team members.
• Provide guidance and feedback to other team members.
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Occasional shifts in the Brooklyn/Dumbo production facility to assist the E-commerce team with packaging large orders etc.
