This role is responsible for completing repair and maintenance services efficiently, documenting work properly, and supporting daily shop output. The Automotive Technician plays a key role in keeping vehicles moving through the shop correctly and on time. Requirements and Responsibilities MUST HAVE STATE OF MICHIGAN MECHANIC CERTIFICATIONS

• Perform repair and maintenance work accurately across a wide range of vehicle systems
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and document findings clearly and consistently
• Follow shop SOPs, safety guidelines, and repair procedures on every job
• Communicate job status and repair needs with advisors and shop leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support overall shop flow
