Responsibilities: Intra-Office Communication: Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure smooth operations. Escort patients to examination rooms and input their history and clinical information into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Clinical Tasks: Perform routine clinical tasks to support physicians during well and sick visits. Administer necessary procedures for well and sick visits. Prepare and administer injections/immunizations. Take inventory and maintain stocked rooms for efficient daily operations. Perform phlebotomy and in office lab tests Administrative Assignments: Prepare charts for the next day's visits. Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date patient records. Qualifications: Previous experience with computer-based EMR systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Medical Assistant certification preferred.
