Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harmony Ridge Care Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward mental health improvement. \n
- Facilitating engaging psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and offer education on managing mental health challenges. \n
- Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and coordinated interventions. \n
- Providing crisis intervention services to patients requiring immediate assistance during acute mental health emergencies. \n
- Educating patients about their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and appropriate community resources available to them. \n
- Maintaining precise and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice. \n
- Participating actively in case consultations, team meetings, and scheduled professional development opportunities to stay current on evolving practices and research. \n
Your work will directly impact a diverse client base, ranging from young adults to seniors, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Each patient brings unique experiences and demands personalized care and support tailored to their individual circumstances and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized and accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California. \n
- Demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities. \n
- Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, particularly to diverse populations. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate trust and rapport with patients. \n
