Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant nursing role License: Current Registered Nurse license Certifications: ACLS BLS Must-Have: Previous charge experience Experience with a patient ratio of 5:1 Preferred experience using the Epic charting system Knowledge of various patient diagnoses including falls, sepsis, UTI, pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, and CHF exacerbation Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. This position requires experience in charge nursing and a strong focus on patient care. The nurse will handle various patient conditions, implementing care plans and assisting in daily activities. Candidates should possess excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple patients efficiently. Daily tasks will include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing assessments. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
