What if your next job could be somewhere you actually want to stay?

We're hiring Machine Operators at $22/hour for a family-owned Springdale manufacturer that has been in business since 1967. This is a smaller, close-knit operation where people know your name, hard work gets noticed, and employees don't just come and go.

A four-day regular workweek gives you something that's hard to beat: three days off each week.

You'll be joining an established, family-owned company that values reliability, hard work, and people who want to become part of the team long-term.

This is also a company that believes in second chances . They're interested in who you are today, the work you're willing to put in, and where you want to go next.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll also:

• Make machine adjustments to keep production running efficiently

• Load raw materials and remove finished products

• Assist with machine changeovers and cleaning

• Complete production and quality documentation

• Keep your work area clean and safe
